Storfjord Hotel Dining Guide
Seasonal regional cooking in the fire-lit restaurant, or a five-course dinner in the boathouse on the fjord Thursday to Saturday from 18:00 to 22:00, or around a fire in the forest lavvo. Relais names Florian Harnisch and food picked, fished or aged within a few miles. Sunday brunch is a set spread in the same restaurant — oysters, Skagen, gravlax. This is not a Michelin-star dining room. Book the boathouse if you want the hearth; the restaurant is the default.
Before you book dinner
- Storfjord Dining Room serves breakfast from 7:30am to 10:30am and 4-course dinner from 6:30pm to 10:00pm.
- The Fjord View Lounge operates daily from 11:00am to 11:00pm.
- Advance reservations are recommended for dinner.
