Adaa is the palace's Hyderabadi and Indian fine-dining room, centred on slow cooking and royal recipes. Lunch runs from 12:30 pm–2:45 pm and dinner from 7:00 pm–10:45 pm, with smart-casual dress; a weekly closure is not published.
