Official culinary page names four restaurants plus Canvas Bar & Lounge and seasonal rooms. The Restaurant: Heiko Nieder, two Michelin stars, 19 GaultMillau, Wednesday–Saturday nights and Thursday–Friday lunch. Saltz: Julian Mai, 15 points, Rolf Sachs room, open every day, terrace in fine weather. MIKURIYA: Atsushi Hiraoka, 17 points, eight seats at the counter, Wednesday–Saturday from 18:30. blooms: vegetarian and vegan garden restaurant, 16 points, outdoor only. ASLY is Firas El-Borji’s Middle Eastern menu. This is not all-inclusive. Reserve The Restaurant and MIKURIYA when you hold the room. Breakfast sits at Saltz.
Before you book dinner
- The Restaurant serves dinner from 6:30pm to 10:00pm (closed Sundays and Mondays).
- Saltz serves breakfast (6:30-10:30am), lunch (12-2pm), and dinner (6-10:30pm).
- The Canvas Bar serves drinks, sushi, and light fare until midnight.
