The Little Nell Dining Guide
Two restaurants, two bars and two speakeasies. Element 47 is contemporary American, Michelin Guide Recommended for 2023 and 2024, Forbes Four-Star, Wine Spectator Grand Award, breakfast through dinner. It is named for Aspen’s silver. Ajax Tavern is the slope-side après room. The cellar sits under Element 47 — Travel + Leisure walked there through a parking-garage door — about 20,000 bottles, wine director Chris Dunaway (Michelin Colorado Sommelier 2024). This is not all-inclusive. Book Element 47 when you book the room. Ajax Tavern is the loud one.
