The Muraka kitchen and bar are in the villa; in-villa dining from the Conrad kitchens covers the terrace, pool and viewing tunnel. The campus is the restaurant list. Ithaa, the first undersea restaurant, sits five metres down — not the villa bedroom. Koko is the teppan bar. Ufaa is Chinese on Rangalifinolhu. Mandhoo sits over the water. Sunset Grill and Vilu cover fire and Italian-led plates. The wine cellar is two metres underground: 18,000 bottles and up to 800 labels, six-course degustation. Atoll Market is the buffet crossroads.
