The Nautilus Maldives Spa & Wellness
Solasta Spa sits over the lagoon in three private glass-bottomed treatment pavilions. Each pavilion has its own changing room, toilet, shower and open-air bathing terrace, while two overwater relaxation lounges and an overwater yoga pavilion complete the core spa setting. The wet facilities named by the house are a sauna, steam bath and open-air bath. The menu uses organic or natural products including Maison Caulières and Omorovicza.
The concrete operating rule is 8:00 am–8:00 pm daily. Broader resort copy says the pavilions await at any hour, but the spa menu explains that day-or-night treatments require advance booking and that appointments outside normal hours carry an additional charge. Many treatments can also be performed in a guest's House for an additional charge. Steam-room and outdoor-bathing use in a pavilion may be added to a treatment and is also chargeable. Spa treatments are not a general room-rate inclusion; a direct-booking discount appears under conditional booking benefits rather than as an unconditional entitlement.
The age wording needs both halves. The menu first says guests must be 16 or older to enjoy the spa, then expressly permits children aged 6–15 to receive treatments when a parent or guardian aged over 18 remains in the treatment room. Guests should therefore arrange any under-16 appointment in advance instead of reading the opening sentence as a total ban. A pre-treatment consultation is requested, and valuables should remain in the House safe.
Named options include the Elan morning ritual, Your Song afternoon ritual, Quiet Calm evening ritual, Stress Melter, Quench and Immunity Boost journeys; Maison Caulières, Thai, Omorovicza, hot-stone, hot-poultice and Mum-to-be massages; Omorovicza facials; body, nail, foot, henna and men's treatments. Mum-to-be massage is available only after the first trimester. Daily sunrise yoga is the clearest complimentary movement inclusion. Wider copy also describes scheduled morning and evening yoga, fitness and meditation, while personal yoga, meditation and gym training are arranged separately; guests should not assume every private or twice-daily session is included.
