Suryamahal sits under the cloud-brushed dome for Western and Indian, 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., and Chandni next door — al fresco, City Palace and lake, live traditional music at night, weather permitting. Both do breakfast, lunch and dinner. Evening Indian is Mewar by Vineet: Vineet Bhatia MBE, millets, legumes, foraged greens, coal and clay pots, dinner 7:00 to 10:30 p.m. The old Udaimahal name still lives in the URL; the live page title is Mewar by Vineet. The Bar sits under arches with garden views. The Promenade is the lakeside sundowner. Lakeside Pavilion and private pool dinners are extras you book.
Before you book dinner
- Suryamahal serves breakfast (6:30-10:30am) and lunch (12:30-3pm).
- Udaimahal and Chandni serve dinner from 7:00pm to 11:00pm (advance reservations recommended).
- The Bar serves cocktails, wines, and rare spirits until midnight.
