The Ranch at Rock Creek Rooms & Suites
Thirty-one named stays. Granite Lodge: nine one-of-a-kind rooms on two levels, steps from the Great Room, pool, Silver Dollar Saloon and the spa. Historic Barn: Loft, Stables and Wrangler in the 19th-century hayloft and stables, bookable together for up to 13. Luxury log houses include Bear House (six bedrooms), Moose House (four), Sara Jane’s Cottage (four), Ponderosa (three), Eagle’s Perch (two plus bunks), Cattail, Bluebird (one bedroom, private sauna) and River House, the original homestead. Canvas cabins sit on Rock Creek — Sweet Grass is the three-room tent with two kings and a cedar tub; Apache, Bull, Gila, Rainbow and Trapper are the creek tents; Cutbow, Grayling, Lake and Brook are family hybrids with a curtain. Trapper is two miles from Granite Lodge. Ask lodge versus barn versus a named house versus canvas, and the walk time.
