The Yeatman Dining Guide
The Gastronomic Restaurant is two Michelin stars under Ricardo Costa since 2010, stars since 2017. Origins tasting menu, wine by Elisabete Fernandes. Tuesday to Saturday dinner only; seatings 18:30, 19:30, 20:30; 12 and over. The Orangerie is the everyday room: lunch 12:30–15:00, dinner 19:00–22:00, Costa’s Portuguese plates, terrace on Porto. Breakfast 07:30–10:30 in the Orangerie, Winter Garden or terrace; some rates include it, some do not. Dick’s Bar & Bistro is named for Dick Yeatman: Ports by the glass, light food 12:30–23:00, afternoon tea 15:00–17:00. 360º Bar runs seasonal barbecue. Reserve the two-star table when you book the room.
