Trisara Dining Guide
PRU is the Michelin-starred room — star since 2018, still one star and a Green Star in the 2026 Thai guide, Jimmy Ophorst as executive chef and co-owner. Community-to-fork, produce from Pru Jampa farm inland. It now sits adjacent to the resort with a theatre kitchen. Reserve it when you book the villa. The Deck is the beachfront all-day Thai and Western room. Seafood at Trisara is the mama-style Thai oceanfront room. La Crique is the French room on the live homepage and the guest-chef stage. Sunday jazz brunch is on the sheet. JAMPA’s Green Star is at Tri Vananda, a sister property — do not treat it as in-villa dining.
Before you book dinner
- PRU is open Wednesday through Sunday for dinner (6:00-10:30pm; reservations essential).
- Cielo serves breakfast (7-10:30am), lunch (12-3pm), and dinner (6-10:30pm).
- Private candlelit barbecue dinners can be arranged on your private villa pool deck.
