The Dining Room now offers à la carte or Nathan Rich’s multi-course tasting; your server asks at the table. Older “no menus, cooked to order” copy is out of date. Breakfast 07:00–10:00 and lunch 12:30–14:00 open seating. Dinner by reservation, seatings 18:00 to 20:00. Twiggs is the casual wood-fired room named for founder Thurston Twigg-Smith — steaks, chops, pasta, Argentine grill. In-room dining runs from breakfast through late night. Chef’s Table with Rich and Sylvain Courbet is a separate kitchen seat for eight. Wine director Ryan Bogdan. Reserve list sits outside the included cellar. Reserve dinner when you book the cottage.
