UXUA Casa Hotel & Spa Dining Guide
UXUA Quadrado is the house table: al fresco on the square, Bahian cooking, breakfast through dinner on Booking’s listing. Condé Nast Traveler named chef Lozano and a 50-acre UXUA Roça farm in an older review — treat that as press, not the live chef line. Meals also run at the pool, in-casa, or at UXUA Praia in the mangroves. Friends from other hotels can eat if you warn reception. Reserve dinner when you book the casa. This is not all-inclusive.
