Villa La Coste Dining Guide
The hotel chef is Florent Pietravalle, who runs the whole gastronomic offer. Louison — named for Louise Bourgeois — opened in the glass pavilion in March 2026. Les Jardins is the lunch terrace. Hélène Darroze was the old house star; La Galerie par Hélène Darroze still appears in older reviews. Francis Mallmann’s Argentine grill is on the estate, not a hotel-only dining room — first European Mallmann, still live on the domaine site. Ando Café, La Terrasse Provençale and others sit in the same hamlet. Reserve Louison and Mallmann when you book the suite.
