Wilderness Bisate Spa & Wellness
The Sanctuary at Bisate is the shared wellness centre for checked-in Bisate Lodge and Bisate Reserve guests. It opened in December 2025 and includes a heated salt-water indoor lap pool facing Mount Bisoke, a hydrotherapy lounge with fireplace, hot-rock sauna, steam room and outdoor ice bath or cold plunge, four heated meditation pods, an air-conditioned gym, an outdoor yoga deck, private single and double treatment rooms, changing rooms, private gym showers and a head-spa station for hair washing, styling and blow-drying. Pool length, depth, temperature, operating hours, treatment-room count, treatment ages and non-resident access are not published.
Use of the facilities is included during the stay. Signature body treatments, facial therapies and wellness rituals are extra and should be arranged through a Travel Designer, while the Bisate Lodge rate includes one complimentary 20-minute neck-and-shoulder massage as a narrow exception. The live Sanctuary page body and launch release describe this shared centre, but the same page's FAQ and structured data incorrectly describe a private four-person villa with guide, vehicle, chef and infinity pool. The official camp dataset also calls it a villa and says there is no pool, spa or gym, directly conflicting with the live facility pages.
