Main Dining Area
At Wilderness Mombo, Chief’s Island, Botswana
The camp’s open-sided dining spaces host the resident meal programme, beginning with fire-made jaffles, muffins, eggs, muesli, rusks, fruit and yoghurt before the morning drive, followed by brunch, high tea and a changing four-course dinner. Menus use indigenous and heirloom ingredients, locally sourced produce and a plant-forward approach. The dining area serves resident guests rather than operating as a separately named public restaurant. Wilderness states no clock hours, dress code, capacity or reservation rule.
