Four Seasons Marrakech's New Inara Restaurant Has More Than Dinner Planned
Four Seasons Marrakech introduces Inara with Moroccan cooking and live cultural performances, giving guests a new reason to reserve an evening at the resort.
Four Seasons Resort Marrakech announced the opening of Inara Restaurant & Lounge on October 23, 2026, pairing a new Moroccan dining destination with live cultural programming. The addition goes beyond a change of menu: evening performances draw on musical traditions including Melhoun, Chgouri and Arab-Andalusian Al-Ala.
What is the new restaurant serving?
Executive Chef Jean-Denis Rieubland has built the menu around Moroccan cooking, from sharing plates to regional dishes. Examples in the opening announcement include quail pastilla with foie gras, Tangia Marrakchia and couscous, including a seven-vegetable version. Autumn dishes take cues from olive and date harvests and the grape-picking season.
That makes Inara a useful option for guests who want Moroccan food within the resort, particularly on an evening when a trip into the city would complicate the schedule. A seasonal approach also means a dish mentioned at launch should be treated as an example, rather than a promise for every future visit.
What will the setting feel like?
The restaurant's own page describes seating around a central fountain and on a terrace facing palm-lined gardens. Its photographs show indoor lounge seating as well as outdoor tables. Guests can request the setting that suits their party, while checking what is available on the evening they choose.
Inara joins a wider resort dining choice that includes Mediterranean cooking at Quattro, poolside Azzera and Zest Rooftop Lounge. For someone staying several nights in Marrakech, the new venue adds a Moroccan evening to that rotation without requiring another transfer.
How should guests plan an evening there?
The venue page advertises Inara Live on selected evenings. That wording matters: booking a table is not the same as reserving a particular performance. Ask which musicians are scheduled, when they begin and whether the programme affects where you should sit.
There is also an hours discrepancy worth resolving directly. The launch announcement lists noon to 11 pm, while the operational dining page currently lists drinks and à la carte service from 8 am to 11 pm. Dinner fits within both windows, but anyone planning an earlier meal should confirm service with the restaurant. Online reservations are linked from the official venue page; note any dietary requirements when booking.
