Mandarin Oriental's Four New Greek Homes Come With Very Different Weekly Prices
Mandarin Oriental adds four private homes across Mykonos, Corfu and Lefkada. Weekly starting prices span €17,059 to €69,062, with service details to check.
Mandarin Oriental announced four additions to its Exceptional Homes collection on October 26, spanning Mykonos, Corfu and Lefkada. The range is substantial: advertised weekly starting prices run from €17,059 for Villa Alice to €69,062 for Casa Gaia, making the choice as much about group size and how you want to spend the week as the island itself.
Which house fits which group?
Casa Gaia at Fokos on Mykonos has nine en-suite bedrooms and sleeps 18. Its 27-metre infinity pool, second pool, cinema and private path to a secluded beach make it the largest of the four by advertised sleeping capacity.
On Corfu, VAYRA sleeps 10 across five suites in a main house and guest house, with two infinity pools and weekly pricing from €24,360. Villa Alice, also on Corfu, sleeps eight and is the lowest-priced starting point in this announcement.
SERENAOS on Lefkada sleeps 10 in five en-suite bedrooms. The waterfront home has a private bay, floating pontoon and an included boat fleet, with weekly pricing from €49,700. Ask what the boating arrangements cover before building an itinerary around time on the water.
These figures are useful for narrowing a shortlist, but they are starting prices rather than quotes for a particular school-holiday week. A smaller group should compare the house it will actually use, including bedroom distribution, rather than treating maximum occupancy as the only measure of value.
What service comes with the keys?
The collection's official booking guidance says stays include a villa manager, dedicated concierge, daily housekeeping and amenities. Its FAQ adds a qualification to the chef proposition: private chef service is included at most homes, with arrangements varying by property.
For a family trip, ask for the specific chef schedule and meal arrangements in the written offer. The concierge can arrange childcare subject to availability, and minimum stays vary by home, location and season. A private villa still benefits from advance planning when several generations have different needs.
What should you settle before paying a deposit?
Bookings begin with an enquiry. The collection's published cancellation guidance says the 50% deposit is forfeited more than 10 weeks before arrival, rising to the full accommodation fee within 10 weeks. Confirm the terms supplied for your chosen property before paying.
Celebrations also need explicit agreement: permissions, capacity and local rules vary by home. Send the team your intended guest list and plans at the enquiry stage, especially if visitors beyond the overnight group may join you.
