Naples Beach Club's New Family Suites Put One Detail Before the Beach
Naples Beach Club adds residential-style suites at Market Square, across the road from the beach. Kitchens and new children's spaces reshape family stays.
Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons resort in Naples, Florida, announced the opening of Building Eva on October 27, adding residential-style accommodation at Market Square. The location is the detail to understand before booking: these rooms and residences sit on the east side of Gulf Shore Boulevard North, rather than directly on the beachfront.
What do the new suites offer families?
The addition contains 22 guest rooms and suites, including 14 suites with between one and three bedrooms. Four Seasons says the largest three-bedroom configurations measure 2,700 square feet, with full kitchens, indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, three and a half bathrooms, and a full-size washer and dryer.
For a family staying beyond a weekend, those are useful differences from simply booking a larger hotel room. A kitchen gives you somewhere to manage breakfast or children's snacks, while separate bedrooms let adults stay up after younger travellers have gone to bed. Confirm the equipment and layout of the exact category you reserve, rather than assuming every room has the largest suite's facilities.
Which view are you actually booking?
The resort's accommodation pages distinguish garden-facing rooms, resort-view residences and an ocean-view three-bedroom residence. The latter promises angled Gulf views in the distance. The garden-view two-bedroom suite overlooks The Gardens, the Tom Fazio golf course scheduled to open in early 2027.
That makes the category name worth reading closely. Choose this part of the resort for residential space and proximity to Market Square, then compare it with the main hotel's beachfront options if being beside the water is your priority. A golf-course view also does not mean the course is ready to play during a 2026 visit.
What is open for children now?
FINS Club and the Teen Centre have opened in Building Eva. The children's club is complimentary for ages four to 12. The resort says its planned 27-seat cinema, The Picture House, is still to come, so it should not yet anchor a holiday itinerary.
Announced nightly starting rates are USD 995 for a room and USD 5,000 for a one-bedroom suite. Request a quote for your dates, the selected bedroom configuration and any additional charges. Families with children outside the club's age range should also ask what supervised options are available before arranging time apart.
