Nammos Resort AMAALA Opens as the Brand's First Hotel Anywhere
Nammos Hotels & Resorts has opened its first-ever resort at AMAALA Triple Bay, with 110 keys, a private-island beach club, and 20 branded residences.
Nammos Hotels & Resorts has opened Nammos Resort AMAALA at Triple Bay on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast, turning the Mykonos beach-club name into a full destination resort for the first time. The property sits inside AMAALA, Red Sea Global's regenerative tourism project, and brings 110 rooms, suites, and villas plus 20 private residences overlooking the water.
For guests, this is the first chance to book Nammos as a multi-night stay rather than a day on the sand. Carolyn Turnbull, CEO of Nammos Hotels & Resorts, called the launch the start of a new chapter: the brand's sense of occasion, dining, and energy remade as a complete resort. Red Sea Group CEO John Pagano said Nammos strengthens AMAALA's mix as more lifestyle and wellness resorts come online.
How the resort is laid out
Design work is credited to Foster + Partners, with interiors mixing Cycladic cues and contemporary Saudi materials, expansive terraces, and Red Sea views across Dumega Bay. The social centrepiece is Nammos Beach Club and Nammos Restaurant on a private island reached by boardwalk or jetty, with an infinity pool, cabanas, and a menu that leans Aegean with contemporary Asian notes.
Elsewhere, Nalu Restaurant & Sky Bar runs all-day dining with Latin American and Asian layers, while Ilios Restaurant and Ilios Lounge cover Mediterranean tapas, visiting-chef pop-ups, and sunset drinks. Nammos Spa, exclusive to this resort, pairs therapist-led treatments with fitness, stretch pods, yoga, Pilates, and sound-led sessions. Families get Blu Kids Club; every stay includes dedicated butler service.
Where it sits on the AMAALA map
Nammos is among the early resorts trading at Triple Bay, joining neighbours guests can already research on Hotel Flock such as Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay and Rosewood AMAALA. Destination-wide access includes Corallium marine programmes, the Yacht Club, reef and beach days, sailing, and mountain trails. AMAALA is planned to run fully on renewable energy once complete.
The residential layer is small on purpose: 20 Nammos Residences with one- to three-bedroom layouts and a three-bedroom penthouse, managed by Nammos so owners share restaurants, the spa, and the beach club. Looking ahead, the company has flagged further hotels and resorts in destinations including Montenegro, the Maldives, and Egypt.
Published starting rates have been listed around SAR 2,300 per night, though pricing moves with season and category. Guests planning a Red Sea (Saudi) itinerary now have a clear lifestyle-led option beside the classic ultra-luxury brands already opening along the same coast.
