St. Regis London Targets an October 2026 Debut on Bond Street

St. Regis will reopen the former Westbury Mayfair this fall with 193 rooms, Daniel Rose's Le Perroquet and butler service in central London.

St. Regis is set to enter London this October at Bond Street and Conduit Street, converting the former Westbury Mayfair into The St. Regis London after years of delay. Upgraded Points and Luxury Travel Report put the opening in October 2026, with reservations already open for arrivals from 1 December 2026.

The project expands a building that long sat at the hinge of Mayfair shopping and Savile Row. Richmond International led the redesign, drawing on the district's tailoring houses and cultural institutions. Inventory lands at 193 rooms, including 66 suites. The penthouse adds a roughly 150-square-metre private terrace with city views.

What guests get on day one

Signature St. Regis Butler Service arrives with the brand, the same 24-hour personal service model that began at the original New York house in 1904. Two wellness suites will offer plunge pools, saunas and treatments, alongside a full fitness centre.

Food leads with Le Perroquet, an all-day French brasserie from chef Daniel Rose, whose Paris and New York restaurants include Michelin-starred Le Coucou. It is Rose's first London project. A late-night jazz bar rounds out the evening programme. Art is a second pillar: a partnership with the Sarabande Foundation, founded by the late Lee Alexander McQueen, will place more than 1,000 works from over 80 artists through rooms and public spaces, with site-specific commissions curated through the foundation's House of Bandits gallery.

Rates and how to book

Cash rates published with early inventory start around £755 (about $1,013) a night for December stays. Marriott Bonvoy points redemptions were not yet live in mid-2026 reporting, though that usually follows cash booking windows for new St. Regis houses.

For travelers comparing Mayfair luxury this fall, St. Regis London matters as Marriott's first St. Regis flag in the UK capital and a full gut rebuild of a Bond Street address rather than a soft brand overlay. Watch Marriott channels for the exact first-night date as October progresses; December stays are already bookable.
