Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel Dining Guide
Named rooms have included Al Khiran Kitchen (buffet, Omani flavours, infinity-pool and ocean terrace), China Mood, The Pavilion (seafood and grill on the water), BLU Pool & Garden Bar, The Atrium Lobby Lounge (afternoon tea under the 38-metre dome), Al Maha Bar & Lounge, Il Palazzo (Italian), and La Sirena Beach Restaurant for women 18 and over. Breakfast was in Al Khiran. As of the 2026 closure, Al Khiran, China Mood, The Pavilion, BLU, the Atrium, Al Maha, and Il Palazzo are marked temporarily closed. Do not book a table for the rest of 2026.

- Al Khiran Kitchen serves breakfast from 6:30am to 11:00am, lunch from 12:30pm to 3:30pm, and dinner from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.
- China Mood is open for dinner from 6:30pm to 11:00pm (closed Mondays).
