Named keys include Deluxe Room Mountain View, Deluxe Room Sea View, Lagoon Access Room, Executive Suite, and eight Presidential Suites with two master bedrooms, sitting room, dining, library, study, and kitchen for up to ten. Lagoon Access has a 16-square-metre terrace onto a private lagoon pool. Partner pages put Deluxe and Lagoon around 40 square metres and Presidential around 300; the house treats sizes as approximate. Ask for sea versus mountain versus lagoon. The house closed 1 July 2026 for works aimed at 2028.
