The 1,884-square-foot / 175-square-metre layout opens to a wide terrace with sun loungers, a private dining area and private pool. Connecting rooms are expressly unavailable. Marriott does not publish overnight occupancy, alternative bed layouts or pool dimensions. The same unresolved hotel-wide child conflict applies: official owner pages disagree on whether children below six or below eight are excluded.

Emirates Villa / Emirates Suite

The two Emirates villas are confirmed by Marriott's Signature Villas page and gallery even though the current room index does not surface the category in its main headings. Each has two bedrooms—one king and one twin—a separate living room, sitting area, courtyard, shaded terrace and private temperature-controlled pool overlooking the desert. Marriott prints 4,035 square feet but no metric size, bathroom count, connecting-room status, overnight occupancy or pool dimensions. A private pool-deck dinner can be tailored on request.
