Marriott currently calls the facility Al Maha Spa, while official Emirates pages call it Timeless Spa; the house sources do not explain whether the latter is a legacy name, so both are retained. The spa has treatment rooms, a gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool and a main outdoor infinity pool integrated with the spa setting. A treatment-room count is not published. Reservations are required and online spa booking is unavailable. The listed treatment range covers Ayurvedic treatments, body scrubs and wraps, couples massage, eye treatments, facials, massage, scalp and hair work, plunge-pool use and steam-room use. Sodashi is the named product range.

Two named rituals are published. Sodashi Oud Renewal Therapy is described around muscular tension, digestion, detoxification, skin radiance and emotional or spiritual wellbeing. Al Maha Body Journey uses figs, dates and essential oils for exfoliation and massage, followed by a fresh dates-and-milk foot mask. No spa age minimum, in-house-only rule, treatment duration beyond specifically packaged services, cancellation policy or opening hours is printed on the reviewed official pages.

The main infinity pool is available to overnight guests, but outside visitors can also gain access through eligible day packages; Marriott's description of a pool “for hotel guests” therefore should not be treated as a universal in-house-only restriction. Pool Day includes full-day main-pool access, Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve entry, spa facilities, a three-course Al Diwaan lunch and non-alcoholic drinks. Spa Indulgence adds a 60-minute therapeutic massage to broadly matching pool-and-lunch inclusions. Marriott's spa and experiences pages publish different numeric prices for each package, so no price is reproduced here. A Summer Glow Retreat separately combines a 60-minute hydrating facial, lunch, spa facilities and infinity-pool access through 31 August 2026. The Spa Indulgence Stay package combines a massage choice with breakfast, lunch and dinner; exact treatment duration is not published. The fitness centre is complimentary to hotel guests and publishes hours of 8:00 AM–8:00 PM. An owner day-pass page says the pool opens at 08:00 but does not publish a closing time.
