Aman Rosa Alpina Dining Guide
Four rooms sit under executive chef Gianluca Salvato. The Grill: Italian grill and artisanal pizza, lunch and dinner, terrace toward San Cassiano church. Heritage Room: breakfast 7–10.30, forest glass, events after. Il Salotto: all-day lounge, afternoon tea, evening piano bar, winter garden. Japanese shabu-shabu is Enju on the hotel page and Akari on the 2025 stay notes (dinner Tuesday–Sunday, winter 2025–26). A Cigar Lounge and eight-seat Di Vino Room sit beside. St. Hubertus was not reopened. Meals beyond breakfast are extra. Not all-inclusive.
