Amangiri Dining Guide
The Dining Room seats 76 for breakfast through dinner: Southwest-inspired plates, global accents, an open kitchen, a wood-fired oven, and indoor and outdoor tables over the escarpment pool. A Private Dining Room seats ten behind felt walls, with a fireplace and doors into the kitchen. Dinner on the Rocks sets a sandstone table for a small party. The Desert Lounge takes larger sits. The Fireside Pavilion sits beside the main pool. Camp Sarika’s restaurant is open to Amangiri guests. Breakfast, lunch and dinner for two are included; alcohol is extra. This is not all-inclusive, and most meals land in The Dining Room.
Before you book dinner
- The Dining Room serves breakfast from 7:00am to 10:30am, lunch from 11:30am to 2:30pm, and dinner from 5:30pm to 10:00pm.
- Private dinners can be set up in remote rock alcoves or on your suite terrace upon request.
- The Fireside Pavilion serves cocktails and light bites from 11:00am to midnight.
