Angama Mara Dining Guide
There is no dining index under the stay hub. The official food page is the index: classical safari food, a menu that changes every day, à la carte, no buffet. Settings named on that page — not separate restaurant cards — are the tent and deck, Guest Area for brunch, lunch and tea, the Pavilion by the pool, lantern-lit forest, baraza, Library, and candlelit in-tent. Hours are not printed for any of them. Cards that exist: Shamba, the one-acre kitchen garden, for lunch under moth trees with bread, local cheese and chilled rosé, plus a healing garden; the chicken run is around 06h00. Out of Africa Picnic runs any time of day on the kopje, led by a Maasai naturalist then left in privacy; the food page caps it at four guests. Sundowner Boma is the circular boma with views, drinks, a Maasai performance, and party food. Forest BBQ is family-style a few minutes’ drive from the lodge — no standalone card. A locked kosher kitchen plates for up to 12. Baker for a Day is for children. Confirm tonight’s setting with camp; the cards do not print a seating timetable.
