Arctic Bath Spa & Wellness
The floating main building centres on the open-air cold bath into the Lule River, with two dry saunas, one steam sauna and two outdoor Jacuzzis. General spa access from 09:00–21:00 is included for overnight guests, together with c/o Gerd products for a self-guided ritual. Swimwear is required; towels, robes, swimwear and slippers are available through reception. Treatments and named guided sauna rituals cost extra and should be prebooked. Day Spa gives outside guests a two-hour session subject to hotel occupancy, while other outside access is limited and should be requested seven days ahead.
The five current hotel treatments are Elements of Us / Duo Signature, 120 minutes for two; Scalp and Mind, 45 minutes; Arctic Body, 45 minutes; Clay and Botanical Back, 45 minutes; and Nordic Glow Berry Facial, 45 minutes. Elements of Us combines back exfoliation and massage, a berry facial, guided honey-infusion sauna, cold plunge and a drink in the Jacuzzi.
Four additional practitioner services are published: Reiki Healing, 60 minutes; Shiatsu, 75 minutes; Siddha Ayurvedic full-body massage, 60 minutes; and Marma Ayurvedic, 90 minutes. All four publish a minimum age of 18. The house prints no age restriction for its five hotel treatments.
The guided ritual inventory is Morning Sauna Ritual / Arctic Flow, with two sauna infusions and a cold dip, and Afternoon Ritual / Sanctuary of Nordic Elements, built around heat-and-cold contrast. Both current pages print 10:00–10:45 and a maximum of eight despite the second ritual's title, so confirm the schedule. Both require prebooking and arrival 10 minutes early.
Treatment guests should arrive 10 minutes early. Cancellations inside 48 hours incur the full treatment charge, though an appointment may be transferred to a fellow traveller.
