Baur au Lac Dining Guide
Baur au Lac currently has three named public dining settings plus Baur’s Bar: Marguita Restaurant and its seasonal lakeside terrace, Baur’s Brasserie, Le Hall, and the bar beside the brasserie. Pavillon is not part of the current roster; Marguita replaced it in summer 2024. As of August 30, 2026, Baur’s Brasserie is temporarily closed through October 11 and scheduled to reopen October 12, while Baur’s Bar is open after its completed summer break. Marguita plans to close October 12–18. Le Hall remains the all-day lobby address, but Afternoon Tea is paused until October 2026. In-room dining and private event dining are services rather than additional restaurants, and Baur au Lac Vins is a wine boutique.

Marguita Restaurant & Terrace

Marguita occupies the former Pavillon setting. Lunch is daily 12:00–13:45. Its own site starts dinner at 18:00, while the hotel homepage prints 19:00; both end at 21:45. Breakfast runs 07:00–10:30 weekdays and 07:00–11:00 weekends, including terrace service in summer. The restaurant plans to close October 12–18, 2026. Dogs are welcome only on the terrace.

Baur’s is the modern European brasserie at Talstrasse 1, but it is not currently operating. The announced closure runs through October 11, 2026, with reopening scheduled for October 12.
