Three venues define the hilltop programme — the right scale for a seasonal 53-key hotel that expects most guests to eat in more than once. La Terrazza, in the old cloister, is chef Corrado Corti's elevated Ligurian room — pesto with Pra' basil, focaccia di Recco, Santa Margherita prawns, Chiavari hazelnuts — with Portofino harbour as fixed scenery; lock a sunset table before arrival. Splendido Grill covers brighter poolside Italian after the heated saltwater pool: grilled local fish, Ligurian pasta, panzanella. Baratta Sedici Bar handles aperitivo and nightcaps with a spirits-forward list nodding to the Baratta family chapter of the house.
