Splendido Grill is the redesigned poolside restaurant for grilled local fish, Ligurian pasta and lighter daytime plates — the operational counterpart to La Terrazza's cloister formality. The Brudnizki refresh made it a proper lunch and casual-dinner room rather than a snack bar with a view. Expect panzanella, fresh pasta with Ligurian sauces, and whole fish off the grill. It is where you eat after the heated saltwater pool and before a Baratta Sedici aperitivo, and where families or longer-stay guests settle when they do not want a full Terrazza evening every night. After the refresh it functions as a real restaurant rather than a snack bar with a view — order a whole fish, a pasta, and a Ligurian white, and you have had a proper Portofino lunch without descending into the piazzetta crush. Families and longer-stay guests will use it more than Terrazza; that is by design. Yacht crews and hotel residents mix here at lunch in a way Terrazza's dinner service does not; that energy is part of the point of eating poolside above Portofino.
