Rio Sagrado, A Belmond Hotel Restaurants & Menus
El Huerto is the signature restaurant: seasonal Andean cooking from locally sourced produce, much of it from the hotel's ecological garden, beside the Urubamba. El Huerto Bar overlooks the river for wines, spirits and botanical cocktails. Unu Bar (wood and stone) pours fresh cocktails with Andean light bites in the garden. El Jardín stages alfresco barbecue lunches when weather allows, and Pachamanca experiences dig into earth-oven ritual cooking. No Michelin stars are claimed. Book El Huerto for dinner most nights; schedule a Pachamanca or garden BBQ as the memorable lunch of the stay.
