Eighteen official cards sit on three indexes: La Corte, Il Borgo, and Le Case. La Corte is reached from a central stone staircase and is over-12 from 1 June to 30 September plus Easter, Christmas and New Year — rooms, pools, and restaurants in that area. Bella 355–398 square feet, two plus infant, super king, balcony; sea or pool view on request extra. Splendida 452–495, balcony or ground-floor patio, two plus infant or one child under 12 on a sofa extra. Magnifica 645–807, terrace, sea view on request extra. Meravigliosa 731, golf and sea terrace. La Egnazia 1,345, two guests, heated pool and garden, can interconnect with a Bella. La Emma is 2,088 square feet joined (125 plus 69 square metres) for four plus two children under 12 and a 344-square-foot heated pool. Il Borgo is the family village. Borgo Bella 42 square metres / 452 square feet, ground-floor patio, king or twin, two plus infant or one child under 12; dogs on request, 35 kilograms or under. Borgo Splendida 452 square feet, first floor or ground patio. Borgo Magnifica 592, two guests, four-poster, no child line. Casetta Bella 645, two floors with a stone staircase, third bed extra. Casetta Splendida 968, bunk or study bedroom, two adults and two children. Casetta Magnifica 968, two double rooms, four guests. Le Case: five Case at 250 square metres, three floors, private pools. Bella pool at least 5 by 2.5 metres, six guests — the card does not print heated. Deliziosa pool at least 8 by 3, six guests. 1,345-square-foot suite for two. Super king plus a queen sleeper in the living space. Private heated pool, garden, panoramic terrace. Can interconnect with a La Corte Bella. From 1 June to 30 September, plus Easter, Christmas and New Year, La Corte rooms, pools and restaurants in that area are for guests over 12.
Category 6
La Emma
2,088 square feet joined — 125 plus 69 square metres — for four guests plus two children up to 12. Two super kings, heated pool 344 square feet, two-level garden. A few steps from the Borgo. Four bicycles. The same card also prints the seasonal over-12 lock on La Corte rooms, pools and restaurants. Confirm with the house before you book Emma with anyone 12 or under in that season.

Borgo Bella
Ground-floor village room. 42 square metres / 452 square feet. Super king or twins, private patio, two stone bathrooms. Two adults plus an infant or one child under 12 on a sofa. Dogs on request, 35 kilograms or under, certain categories only.

Borgo Splendida
452 square feet on one floor. Super king. Ground-floor patio or first-floor panoramic terrace. Two adults plus an infant or one child under 12 on a sofa extra.

Borgo Magnifica
592 square feet for two guests. King-size four-poster, living area with sofa and stone table, private terrace with loungers. No child-sharing line on the card.

Casetta Bella
645 square feet over two floors. A stone staircase separates the ground-floor living room and kitchenette from the first-floor bedroom. Super king. Patio and roof terrace. Two adults plus infant or one child under 12; a third bed extra.

Casetta Splendida
968 square feet, two floors. Super king plus a second room with bunks or a study. Two adults and two children. Patio and roof terrace. Kitchenette.

Casetta Magnifica

Borgo Egnazia rooms FAQ
- What is the difference between La Corte, Il Borgo, and Le Case?
- La Corte is the formal wing with a seasonal 12+ rule. Il Borgo is the village rooms and casette. Le Case are private houses with pools — five at 250 square metres and Padronale at 500.
- Which Casa has the largest pool?
- Padronale prints a heated pool at least 18 by 5.5 metres. Magnifica and Meravigliosa print at least 10 by 3.4. Bella prints at least 5 by 2.5.
- Do any rooms have stairs only?
- No card prints steps-only. Casetta Bella has a stone staircase between floors. La Corte rooms are reached from a central staircase. Case are three floors or levels.
- Can La Egnazia connect?
- Yes — with a La Corte Bella on request. La Emma is already a joined suite and junior suite for four plus two children.
