Awasi Mendoza Rooms & Suites
Awasi Mendoza sells four accommodation categories even though its accommodation index shows three cards: Luxury and Front Row share one 90-square-metre card, while the FAQ and current rate sheets treat them separately. All four categories have a private terrace, fireplace and outdoor plunge pool according to the FAQ. A January 2026 fact sheet says every villa also has a private hot tub, but the combined Luxury and Front Row card names only a plunge pool and sun deck; Vineyard Villa and Two Bedroom Villa explicitly name both a hot tub or jacuzzi and a plunge pool. The hotel welcomes guests aged 14 and over and asks families with younger children to contact reservations. No maximum occupancy is printed for Luxury, Front Row or Vineyard Villa, and no category publishes a pool length.

Before you book a room
- The index combines Luxury and Front Row on one card, but the FAQ and current rate sheets establish four sellable categories.
- The January 2026 fact sheet gives every villa a private hot tub; only Vineyard Villa and Two Bedroom Villa name one on their individual cards, while the Luxury and Front Row card lists a plunge pool and sun deck.
- The FAQ gives every category a private fireplace terrace; the shared Luxury and Front Row card mentions a rooftop reached by an outdoor staircase and lists fireplaces without explicitly joining those details.
- The current name is Two Bedroom Villa; older official rate sheets use Grand Villa for the same product.
- Maximum occupancy is printed only for Two Bedroom Villa, at four. Rate-sheet single, double and triple columns are not capacity statements.
- The house welcomes guests aged 14 and over and asks families with younger children to contact reservations. No pool length or heating detail is published.
Category 1
Luxury Room
A 90-square-metre / 970-square-foot room from the shared Luxury and Front Row card, with king or twin beds, a separate indoor living room, fireplace, dual-vanity master bath, minibar, private plunge pool and sun deck. An outdoor staircase leads to the roof. The FAQ says all room types have a private fireplace terrace; the shared card mentions the roof and fireplaces without explicitly calling it a private fireplace terrace. The January fact sheet says each villa has a private hot tub, while this card lists no hot tub. Maximum occupancy and pool length are not printed.
Category 2
Front Row Room
A separately sold category that shares the 90-square-metre / 970-square-foot Luxury and Front Row card and its king-or-twin beds, separate living room, fireplace, dual vanities, plunge pool, sun deck and outdoor roof staircase. The FAQ distinguishes Front Row by emphasising its private plunge pool and sun deck but gives no further physical difference from Luxury. The fact sheet's every-villa hot-tub claim conflicts with this card's plunge-only list. Maximum occupancy, category count and pool length are not printed.
Category 3
Vineyard Villa
One of two 204-square-metre / 2,200-square-foot villas with a master bedroom, oversized bath and double vanity, separate private living room, two WCs, two showers, outdoor living area, private shower garden, outdoor hot tub and plunge pool. Its upper terrace has an open fireplace and Andes view. The house publishes single, double and triple rate columns without stating a maximum occupancy, so those columns are not treated as a capacity promise. Pool length is not printed.
Category 4
Two Bedroom Villa
A 360-square-metre / 3,875-square-foot two-bedroom villa for up to four guests. The master suite has an oversized bath and double vanity; the second bedroom has its own bathroom, and an additional guest WC serves the living area. Dining and outdoor dining areas, a private shower garden, outdoor jacuzzi, plunge pool and upper terrace with open fireplace face the vineyard and Andes. Older rate sheets call this the Grand Villa, while current sources use Two Bedroom Villa. Pool length is not printed.
Awasi Mendoza rooms FAQ
- How many accommodation categories does Awasi Mendoza sell?
- Four: Luxury Room, Front Row Room, Vineyard Villa and Two Bedroom Villa. The index combines the first two on one card.
- What is the difference between Luxury and Front Row?
- They share one 90-square-metre specification card. The FAQ emphasises Front Row's plunge pool and sun deck but publishes no fuller physical distinction.
- Does every room have a private hot tub?
- The fact sheet says each villa does, but the Luxury and Front Row card lists only a plunge pool and sun deck. The two larger villa cards explicitly list a hot tub or jacuzzi.
- Which category sleeps four guests?
- The Two Bedroom Villa is explicitly published for up to four. Maximum occupancy is not stated for Luxury, Front Row or Vineyard Villa.
- Are rooftop terraces reached without stairs?
- The combined Luxury and Front Row card specifies an outdoor staircase to the roof. The house gives no property-wide step-free access statement.
- What age does the hotel welcome?
- The current FAQ welcomes guests aged 14 and over and asks families travelling with younger children to contact reservations directly.
- Is Grand Villa still a current category name?
- Current sources use Two Bedroom Villa. Grand Villa appears in older official rate sheets and should be treated as the former name.
