Thirty keys: Classic, Deluxe, Prestige, Signature Suite. The seminar PDF lists 24 rooms and 6 suites. Classic is 26–29 square metres, king or twins, marble bath, valley or garden view. Deluxe is 32–55, two guests. Kiwi still lists 28–52. Signature Suite is 50–78, up to four, extra bed on request. Relais also lists a Supérieure. Michelin and Kiwi name the Tower Room and the Bishop’s Room as the storied keys — de Gaulle in 1950 for the Tower; sundial floor in the Bishop’s. Stone stairs; the elevator does not reach every floor. Ask for Classic versus Deluxe, and say whether you can take stairs.
