Cheval Blanc Paris Dining Guide

The house lists five restaurants and six Michelin stars. None of the dinners sit in an ordinary room rate. Breakfast for two is à la carte at Le Tout-Paris on the seventh floor. Plénitude is Arnaud Donckele’s three-star room, Tuesday to Saturday from 19:30, and it usually closes for several weeks in late summer. Hakuba is two-star kaiseki-sushi with Donckele, Takuya Watanabe, and Maxime Frédéric, Tuesday to Saturday from 18:30, dinner only; late arrivals are not seated, and the room also takes a late-summer close. Langosteria is Italian dinner every night from 18:00 to 23:00, with lunch Wednesday to Sunday from 12:00 to 15:00, and a shorter August close. Le Tout-Paris is the one-star brasserie, open every day from 7:00 to 1:00 — breakfast, lunch, dinner, and the bar. Le Jardin is the seventh-floor terrace from late May, Wednesday to Sunday, weather permitting, with an afternoon bar. Carte Blanche is in-room dining, not a restaurant card. Hotel guests and, if a table is free, the city can book. Confirm the live calendar before you lock a summer stay.

Before you book dinner

  • None of the starred dinners sit in an ordinary room rate. Breakfast for two at Le Tout-Paris does.
  • Plénitude and Hakuba are Tuesday to Saturday only and usually go dark for several weeks in late summer.
  • Hakuba will not seat a late arrival and does not adapt the fish-and-soy tasting.
  • Le Jardin is a warm-weather terrace, Wednesday to Sunday, and can close with the weather.
  • Confirm dress with the desk for Plénitude and Hakuba — the house does not publish a public dress code we can quote.

Bars

Le Tout-Paris Bar

Until 1:00 daily

Seventh-floor bar in the brasserie. This is the late-night seat when the starred rooms are closed.

Le Jardin Bar

14:30–18:30 in season

Afternoon terrace bar, Wednesday to Sunday from late May, weather permitting.

In-room dining

Carte Blanche is in-room dining. It is not a sixth restaurant. Breakfast at Le Tout-Paris is the included breakfast; some guests reported room-service trays that miss the order.

Plénitude

Contemporary French; Arnaud Donckele, three Michelin stars

Tuesday–Saturday from 19:30; late-summer close typical

Arnaud Donckele’s three-star room on the first floor. Official hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 19:30. The house usually closes it for several weeks in late summer. This is the Absolues tasting night, not breakfast. Le Tout-Paris on seven is the everyday table. Hotel guests and, if a seat is free, the city can book.

Hakuba

Kaiseki-sushi; Donckele, Watanabe, Frédéric; two Michelin stars

Tuesday–Saturday from 18:30; late-summer close typical

Two-star kaiseki-sushi from Arnaud Donckele, Takuya Watanabe, and pastry chef Maxime Frédéric. Dinner only, Tuesday to Saturday from 18:30. The menu is seafood, soy, gluten, and raw and cooked fish — the house says it cannot make exceptions. Late arrivals are not seated. The room typically closes for several weeks in late summer. This is a single Japanese tasting, not an à la carte sushi bar.

Langosteria

Italian fine dining

Dinner 18:00–23:00 daily; lunch 12:00–15:00 Wednesday–Sunday

The Italian restaurant. Dinner every night from 18:00 to 23:00. Lunch Wednesday to Sunday from 12:00 to 15:00. It typically takes a shorter August close than Plénitude. Guests who want Italian instead of the three-star French night come here. It is still a reservation room, not a walk-in trattoria, and it is not in the room rate.

Le Tout-Paris

Parisian brasserie; one Michelin star

Every day, 7:00–1:00

The all-day room on seven, one Michelin star, open every day from 7:00 to 1:00. Official breakfast service sits here — à la carte for two is in the stay. Come back for a skyline lunch or dinner. Ask for a window if you want the tower in the frame. This is the table to use if room-service breakfast has been a weak point in guest notes. The bar stays with the room until 1:00. The room can be privatized; that is a separate ask, not a default.

Le Jardin

Seasonal terrace; lunch, dinner, and bar

From late May, Wednesday–Sunday; lunch 12:00–13:30, bar 14:30–18:30, dinner 18:30–21:00

The seasonal seventh-floor terrace, listed from late May, Wednesday to Sunday, weather permitting. Official hours: lunch 12:00 to 13:30, bar 14:30 to 18:30, dinner 18:30 to 21:00. Do not treat this as a year-round restaurant. If a summer terrace table is why you booked seven, confirm it is open for your dates.
