Cheval Blanc Randheli Dining Guide
The house lists five restaurants and three bars. The White is the everyday brasserie, open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Deelani is Italian over the water, lunch and dinner every day. Diptyque is Japanese and East-Asian dinner, Friday to Monday only. Le 1947 is the 11-course French night in the garden, Tuesday and Wednesday only, Island Chic. La Table de Partage is a private gathering table with no published hours. Carte Blanche is 24-hour in-villa dining, including sandbank picnics, and it is not a restaurant. The White Bar is the maison bar. The Spa Bar sits on the wellness island. The Wine Museum and Cigar Lounge sit next to Le 1947. Confirm breakfast in the rate. None of the dinners sit in an ordinary villa rate. A Sunday-to-Thursday stay can miss Le 1947 entirely.
