Cheval Blanc Seychelles Dining Guide
The house lists five restaurants. Le White is the everyday room: breakfast 7:30 to 11:00 and dinner 18:00 to 21:30 every day, closed for lunch. Vivamento is Italian by the pool, every day from 12:00 to 21:30 — that is the lunch table when Le White is dark. Sula is Mediterranean and Creole on the beach, food 12:00 to 17:00, bar 11:00 to 18:00. Mizumi is Japanese by the lake, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 18:00 to 21:30; Thursday is the Creole evening. Le 1947 is Wednesday and Sunday only, 19:00 to 21:30. La Table de Partage is a private room for up to 12; the house asks for 24 hours’ notice so the chefs can prepare a family-style menu. Carte Blanche is in-villa dining, including the sand at sunset. Confirm breakfast in the rate. None of the dinners sit in an ordinary villa rate. A stay that misses Wednesday and Sunday does not get Le 1947.
