Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul Rooms & Suites
Çırağan Palace Kempinski publishes 19 accommodation categories across the modern hotel building and the historic palace: five rooms, eight hotel-building suites and six palace-suite categories. The house says there are 317 rooms and suites in total and 11 physical palace-suite units; 11 is not the category count. Hotel rooms range from the 32 sq m Yildiz Room facing Yıldız Park to the 66 sq m Deluxe Çırağan Bosphorus View Room with direct water views. Hotel suites add separate living space, while the palace categories carry 24-hour butler service and, except for Sultan, are described as maisonette duplexes. Only the Çırağan Bosphorus View Room card explicitly marks an accessible-room option. No card publishes a private-pool length, and most categories have no detailed adapted-access specification.
19 categories on the live list
Before you book a room
- The house publishes 19 categories but says there are 11 physical palace-suite units across six palace categories; do not turn the unit count into extra categories.
- Only Çırağan Bosphorus View Room explicitly carries an accessible-room marker. No category provides doorway, bathroom, hearing-access or guaranteed step-free-route specifications.
- Ten of the 11 palace-suite units are described as maisonette duplexes. The house publishes no internal lift or step-free bedroom route, so mobility arrangements need written confirmation.
- Palace Bosphorus occupancy conflicts across versions: the live opened card says up to four, while official indexed extraction for the same URL returned up to three.
- Sultan Suite size conflicts across current house sources: the live card says 458 sq m, while both official press kits say almost 400 sq m.
- The Sultan Suite Rolls-Royce transport benefit belongs to that category; it is not a general room or palace-suite inclusion.
- Baby-bed and smoking-room availability are card-specific. Their absence from a card is not proof that the service or room type is unavailable.
Category 1
Yildiz Room
The smallest published category has a king bed or two twins, a hammam-style marble bathroom and a balcony overlooking Yıldız Park and the street. The card header says garden view while the body names the park and street, so the precise outlook depends on the assigned location. The fetched card shows neither a baby-bed marker nor an accessible-room marker.
Category 2
Çırağan Bosphorus View Room
This modern-wing room has a king bed or two twins, a balcony and a Bosphorus outlook that the amenities copy describes as a 45-degree view. The exact angle varies with assignment. Connecting and smoking rooms are listed, and this is the only accommodation card that explicitly marks an accessible-room option; the house gives no adapted-bathroom or route details.
Category 3
Grand Deluxe Çırağan Bosphorus View Room
A larger modern-wing water room with a king bed or two twins, panoramic Bosphorus views and a private balcony. The house still cautions that the precise outlook depends on the assigned location. A baby bed is allowed. This category is distinct from the smaller 34 sq m angled-view room and the larger 66 sq m direct-view Deluxe.
Category 4
Lilium Garden
A ground-floor king room with its own garden or terrace. The card combines a garden label with partial Bosphorus, infinity-pool and garden outlooks, so it should not be sold as a full water-view room. A baby bed is allowed, a smoking-room marker is shown and sunbeds are weather-dependent.
Category 5
Deluxe Çırağan Bosphorus View Room
Positioned between the two wings, this king-or-twin category pairs a spacious balcony with a direct Bosphorus view. The assigned location can still affect the outlook. It accommodates up to four, allows a baby bed and carries a smoking-room marker, making it the largest and highest-capacity room category before the suites.
Category 6
Executive Suite
A hotel-building suite with a king bedroom, separate living room, private balcony and hammam-style marble bathroom. The outlook combines the Bosphorus with the palace arches. Baby-bed, connecting-room and smoking-room markers are printed. It is smaller than Bosphorus Executive and does not carry the palace suites' published butler service.
Category 7
Bosphorus Executive Suite
This king suite expands the hotel-wing format to a larger balcony, extended living room and walk-in closet, with a Bosphorus outlook and hammam-style bathroom. It accommodates up to four and shows baby-bed, connecting-room and smoking-room markers. It remains a hotel-building suite rather than one of the historic palace duplexes.
Category 8
Vali Suite
A top-floor hotel suite with a king canopy bed, living room, writing desk and library, plus two balconies facing the Bosphorus and historical peninsula. A baby bed and connecting rooms are listed. Its card does not promise butler service, even though the separately published soap service includes Vali among its eligible named suites.
Category 9
Vezir Suite
The Vezir shares the Vali card's core format: top-floor position, king canopy bed, living room, desk and library, two balconies and Bosphorus and historical-peninsula views. A baby bed and connecting rooms are listed. The card does not print butler service; the separate olive-oil soap service does expressly include Vezir.
Category 10
Haseki Sultan Suite
A hotel-side king suite with Bosphorus view, a balcony and lounge. It accommodates up to four and includes 24-hour butler service. Baby-bed and smoking-room markers are printed. It is larger than Vali and Vezir but lacks the two-bedroom and private-hammam description published for Royal Ottoman and Pasha.
Category 11
Deluxe Garden Suite
A ground-floor king suite with a garden view, direct garden access, a separate living room, kitchenette and hammam-style bathroom. The card says balcony or terrace rather than guaranteeing one specific outdoor format. No baby-bed marker appears on the fetched card, and the suite is not described with 24-hour butler service.
Category 12
Royal Ottoman Suite
A two-bedroom hotel-building suite with dining and living rooms, three balconies and panoramic Bosphorus views. The onyx bathrooms include a private hammam and steam room. The card oddly states “1 King Bed or 2 Twin Beds” despite the two-bedroom layout, so the exact bedding should be confirmed. It includes 24-hour butler service, allows a baby bed, offers connecting rooms and qualifies for the named olive-oil soap service.
Category 13
Pasha Suite
Pasha is a distinct named category with the same published broad format as Royal Ottoman: two bedrooms, dining and living rooms, three balconies, panoramic Bosphorus views and onyx bathrooms with private hammam and steam room. The card also states “1 King Bed or 2 Twin Beds,” which does not fully explain the two-bedroom setup. Butler service, baby-bed and connecting-room markers, and the separate soap service are included.
Category 14
Palace Yildiz Suite
The entry historic-palace category is a king-bed maisonette duplex facing the palace courtyard and garden. Its living room and guest bathroom are downstairs, while the bedroom and private bathroom are upstairs. It includes 24-hour butler service and shows baby-bed, connecting-room and smoking-room markers. No lift within the duplex or step-free bedroom route is published.
Category 15
Palace Bosphorus Suite
A king-bed palace duplex with panoramic Bosphorus views. Downstairs are a living area, a dining table for four and a guest bathroom; the bedroom and private bathroom are upstairs. It includes 24-hour butler service, allows a baby bed and offers connecting rooms. The live opened card says up to four, while official indexed extraction for the same URL previously said up to three; the occupancy conflict remains unresolved.
Category 16
Valide Sultan Suite
A second-floor palace duplex with two king bedrooms and Bosphorus views. Downstairs are a 66 sq m living room, kitchenette and guest bathroom; both bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. It includes 24-hour butler service and carries baby-bed, connecting-room and smoking-room markers. No lift within the suite or step-free bedroom arrangement is published.
Category 17
Harem Suite
A family-oriented palace duplex facing Yıldız Park and the garden, with one king and one twin bedroom. The downstairs level has a living room, guest bathroom, dining table for four and kitchenette; the bedrooms are upstairs. Butler service operates 24 hours, and baby-bed and smoking-room markers are printed. The house does not publish a step-free route within the suite.
Category 18
Sehzade Suite
The largest palace duplex category has three bedrooms—one king and two twins—and views across the Bosphorus and historical peninsula. A 115 sq m living room and guest bathroom sit downstairs, with three en-suite bedrooms above. The card adds 24-hour butler service, baby-bed and smoking-room markers, plus a private palace entrance and a butler-and-sherbet arrival. No internal lift is published.
Category 19
Sultan Suite
A second-floor palace suite with two king bedrooms, living and dining areas, panoramic Bosphorus views and 24-hour butler service. Connecting and smoking-room markers are printed. The card includes chauffeur-driven airport transfer and point-to-point Istanbul journeys during the stay in the hotel's 1974 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow. The live card says 458 sq m, while two official press kits say almost 400 sq m; both house figures remain in conflict.
