Clayoquot Wilderness Lodge Dining Guide
The Cookhouse is the main restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner from a daily-changing local menu. Lunch is 12–2pm. Breakfast conflicts between 6.30–9.30am and 7am–9am; dinner conflicts between 6–9pm and from 6pm until late. The Ivanhoe is the estuary bar, with canapés and drinks from 5pm but no published closing time. The rooftop deck and Private Dining Tents have no regular hours. Meals and selected drinks are included; vintage wines are extra. Staff gratuities are called included, yet other house guidance applies a mandatory pre-tax service charge. There is no meal room service, though one itinerary advertises coffee delivery. Dietary needs belong on the reservation, and strict religious-observance meal preparation is unavailable.

The open-air deck above The Ivanhoe is a drinks and event setting overlooking the estuary. Events material gives a capacity of 22, but no daily service hours, reservation rule or ordinary-stay programme is published. It functions as an extension of the bar rather than a separately scheduled restaurant.

Canvas dining and event spaces for 8–16 seated guests, also configurable for meetings of up to 16. A seven-night itinerary shows a private tent reserved, but the house does not publish regular hours or an ordinary-stay advance-notice rule.
