Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Resorts Collection Dining Guide
Lutie’s Restaurant is Ken Fulk’s garden dining room, open to the public, reservations required. Dinner runs midweek; brunch is Saturday–Sunday 10:00–14:00. Mansion Dining & Bar is for overnight guests and social-club members only, breakfast through dinner, in the living room, solarium, and terrace. Both rooms share chefs Bradley Nicholson and Susana Querejazu (Barley Swine / Odd Duck). Poolside lunch and snacks are available. Lutie’s opened in 2021, a year after the 2020 hotel opening. Meals are extra.
Before you book dinner
- Lutie’s serves dinner from 5:00pm to 10:00pm (closed Mondays).
- The Mansion Bar serves breakfast (7-10:30am), lunch (11:30am-2:30pm), and drinks until midnight.
- Private dining can be arranged in the historic chapel or sunken gardens.
