The estate has 54 accommodations: 42 hotel rooms and 12 suites. Rooms at the Inn are 400 square feet, garden or courtyard, with a Juliette balcony or French doors; accessible rooms are available. Suites at the Inn run 625 to 1,060 square feet, one bedroom, opening onto a scented garden or terrace. Mansion suites are 500 to 1,575 square feet, one or two bedrooms, with antique windows onto the formal gardens. Named suites include Mr. & Mrs. Perry’s (two kings, can split), Edgar Perry Jr., Hal Thomson, and LaVerne. There is no plunge-pool villa on the stay list. Ask for an Inn room versus a named mansion suite when you book.
