Enchantment Resort & Mii amo Dining Guide
Dining is split by product and access. Enchantment Resort has Che Ah Chi, Tii Gavo, The Edge and The Market, plus its own in-room dining. Hummingbird and the Juice Bar belong to Mii amo. Hummingbird includes three daily meals for registered Journey guests; Enchantment guests must be at least 16 and reserve in advance. Mii amo in-room and poolside dining are services, not extra restaurants. Seasonal classes, tastings and private wine-paired dinners are experiences rather than venues and remain in the logistics notes. The Enchantment culinary index says public dining is seasonal and reservations are required, while Tii Gavo's own page says reservations are recommended and also repeats the required wording; both statements remain unresolved.
Before you book dinner
- Enchantment venues are Che Ah Chi, Tii Gavo, The Edge and The Market; Hummingbird and the Juice Bar belong to Mii amo.
- Hummingbird includes three meals daily for Journey guests. Enchantment guests must be at least 16 and reserve in advance.
- The culinary index says Che Ah Chi and Tii Gavo reservations are required; Tii Gavo's page also says recommended.
- Mii amo in-room dining runs 6:00 am–9:00 pm, while Mii amo poolside dining publishes no hours; both are services, not extra venues.
- One Enchantment dining experience is included only on seven- and ten-night Journeys, even though current materials describe broader access to Che Ah Chi and Tii Gavo.
- Seasonal demonstrations, classes, tastings, Caviar + Krug and Chef's Garden are scheduled experiences rather than permanent restaurant venues; reserve against the current guide.

Enchantment in-room dining serves breakfast 6:30–11:00 am, lunch 11:00 am–3:30 pm, dinner 3:30–11:00 pm and dessert 11:00 am–11:00 pm. Mii amo in-room dining is limited to Mii amo casitas from 6:00 am–9:00 pm. Mii amo poolside dining has no stated hours.
Enchantment — Che Ah Chi

Che Ah Chi is Enchantment's canyon-facing full-service restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with evening live music Thursday through Sunday. It is an Enchantment venue, not part of Mii amo's three-meal Journey inclusion, and public access is described as seasonal.

Tii Gavo is Enchantment's casual Southwestern restaurant and bar, with terrace and firepit seating. Its own page and the culinary index conflict on whether reservations are recommended or required, so the booking confirmation should preserve rather than erase that distinction.

The Edge is Enchantment's seasonal open-air pool restaurant and bar, with covered seating and its own kitchen and bar. It serves the resort pool area and should not be confused with Mii amo poolside dining, which is a separate Mii amo service without published hours.

The Market is Enchantment's coffee bar and grab-and-go stop for baked goods, snacks, breakfast and lunch. It is a named resort venue with its own timetable, not a general lobby bar and not part of Mii amo's included Journey Juice Bar service.
