Enchantment Resort & Mii amo Spa & Wellness

Mii amo is the adjacent destination spa, not an unrestricted spa wing included with every Enchantment room. Registered Enchantment guests ages 16 and over may reserve services, use the Fitness and Movement Studios, attend the twice-daily Crystal Grotto rituals, dine at Hummingbird with an advance reservation, and visit the Juice Bar and Boutique. The Living Room, Mii amo main pool, sauna, whirlpool and steam room are available to an Enchantment guest only on the day of a confirmed service, from one hour before until one hour after it. Separate pool hours are not published and must not be inferred from the building timetable.

Registered Mii amo Journey guests receive the Journey's broader access, including private lounges, locker rooms, gathering spaces and the Journey plunge pool and garden. A Journey normally runs three, four, seven or ten nights; a two-night Journey is offered only when available. Journey inclusions comprise accommodation, three daily Hummingbird meals, listed Juice Bar drinks, a daily credit usable for spa, Trail House or Artist Cottage activities, classes and programming, plus applicable taxes, gratuities and fees on package inclusions. Extra services beyond the credit remain additional.

Treatments require arrival at least 30 minutes before the appointment. The house asks guests to speak softly and prohibits calls, music and video in communal spaces. Most services allow guests to disrobe to comfort; loose clothing is required for Traditional Thai, Table Thai, Reiki, Reiki Healing, Active Recovery and Cranial Sacral. Treatment cancellation requires at least 24 hours' notice or the full service value is charged. The official menu says tax, gratuity and service charge sit outside listed menu amounts and that a gratuity is added; no monetary amounts are reproduced here. Maternity-safe services are specifically marked and require the due date.

The official menu prints no treatment-room count. Fitness and Movement Studios span 3,300 square feet overlooking the Sensory Garden. Journey-only plunge-pool access must not be transferred to an Enchantment booking. The Mii amo website and Enchantment materials disagree on the spa reservation telephone and extension, so both are omitted pending direct confirmation. Personal Coaching and the current spa menu also disagree on several service amounts and naming; no amount is selected.
