Seiran is a salon and library rather than a restaurant. The facilities guide gives broad room hours but limits the named tea and refreshment service to 15:00–19:00, including chilled matcha in the evening. A dated Hirota Glass exhibition runs through September 23, 2026 and is free to outside visitors; that exhibition access should not be read as permanent public access to every salon service.
