Bar Josephine is the hotel's principal evening bar, overseen with Bar Aristide by Angelo Forte and set beneath restored historic frescoes. It has reopened after its August 2-22 seasonal closure and prints hours of 5pm-1am. The food menu runs from 5-10:45pm. Live music normally appears Thursday-Saturday from 8-11pm, but that program remains paused through September 9, 2026, so an early-September drink should not be sold as a music night.
