Dining is centered in the Mountain Kitchen where private resident chefs prepare multi-course meals featuring station-raised merino lamb, venison, fresh Fiordland crayfish, and Central Otago Pinot Noir wines by roaring stone fireplaces.
Before you book dinner
- The Mountain Kitchen serves breakfast (7-9am), lunch (12:30-2pm), and dinner (7-10pm).
- Afternoon tea and freshly baked treats are served at 4:00pm.
- Picnic lunches are packed for all helicopter day trips.
