Secret Bay currently operates 27 villas across Peninsula, Hillside, Clifftop, and Summit. The seven official booking cards comprise four architectural villa types and three collections or estate formats. Every operating villa has a private plunge pool, full kitchen, open-air living area, covered terrace, dedicated villa host, and an ocean or jungle outlook; no plunge-pool length, depth, or operating hours are published. Waterfront and Cliffside are future enclaves under construction, not current room inventory. The house publishes conflicting child rules: the rates page welcomes under-16s in all villas with a signed parent or guardian waiver, while the overview FAQ limits its wording to children under 12 in one- or two-bedroom villas with a waiver and constant supervision. Zabuco Villas

Zabuco is the one- or two-bedroom freestanding sanctuary at the farthest points of the promontories, more than 200 feet above the sea, with one or two baths, plunge pool, deck, outdoor shower, hammock sofa, and barbecue garden. The card lists Peninsula, Clifftop, and Summit inventory, including Peninsula Zabuco I with its Wild Orchid Garden Deck and several two-bedroom arrangements.
