The Chatwal Lodge, The Catskills Dining Guide
The restaurant was Rustic Grill in the main lodge, not a Lakeview room. Menus changed daily from Catskills farms. Chefs in print: Jesse Kloskey at the 2022 open, CIA-trained Karl Ulmer in Forbes 2024. The Rebecca Weitzman credit is unsourced. Breakfast, lunch and a multi-course dinner sat in the rate on TPG and Forbes; Forbes excluded wines and cocktails. Afternoon tea and 24-hour room service were part of the house story. Tips were discouraged. None of that is a reservation you can make now.
