The Upper House Dining Guide
Salisterra on Level 49 is the house restaurant and bar: modern Mediterranean, harbour glass, breakfast 06:30–10:30, lunch weekdays, weekend brunch, afternoon tea, dinner 18:00–22:30, bar until 01:00. Culinary advisor is Ricardo Chaneton of Michelin-starred MONO. Jun Tanaka was the 2021 launch name — do not treat him as the live chef. Café Gray Deluxe closed when Salisterra opened. Green Room is the cocktail lounge. The Lawn is the outdoor garden bar. The Tea Room does tea, coffee and light bites. Chef’s Room hosts residencies. Breakfast is in Salisterra, not a manor buffet.
Before you book dinner
- Salisterra serves breakfast (6:30-10:30am), lunch (12-2:30pm), and dinner (6-10:30pm).
- The Lawn is open for drinks and light snacks from 10:00am to 10:00pm.
- In-room dining is available 24 hours a day with bespoke menus.
